RETURN POLICY (all sales are final)

 

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We only accept exchanges on products damaged in transit or in the event that an incorrect product was sent to you.

 

Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange you must first email us within five business days of receiving a damaged or incorrect product to essentiallyrico@gmail.com. Your email must include contact information provided at purchase, your order number and a picture or two of the item in question that demonstrates the damage or error. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and insure that a replacement item is sent as soon as possible if one is owed.

 

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve. 

SHIPPING:

Notification will be received including tracking info once order is complete. All order will be mailed within the time frame indicated at check out. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please be advised that deliveries might be delayed via USPS during high perk seasons and are outside of our control.

TURN AROUND TIME: 

All items are made upon order. Please allow 1-3 day for item creation.  Once orders are complete you will receive shipping/drop off/pick up notifications.
